On June 7,2005 a young lady by the name of Vera Hogg saw a vision to help promote an new kind of friendship and sisterhood.
She was a freshman at Kilgore College as a Early Chilhood Major. Her alone with four more young ladies deicided
to come up with a organization for all women who were committed to helping young women of junior college levels
exceed to senior college levels. From the help of their advisor , Terri Perry , Alpha Theta Psi was born. The founding
line was named " The Four Stages Of Crunkness" Vera Hogg #1 "Miss Adrenaline", Jessica Jacobs # 2 " Miss BodyRoCk",
ShaMeka White # 3 " Miss HeadbBUSSA" , and Daphne Miller # 4" Miss Hypertenison" and Shaquindalon Brown # 5 Miss Livewire.
These five ladies helped bring a new beginning to Kilogre College, and that was to help give women who don't plan to go to
Universites an opprotunity to still enjoy things as if they went to a university and see a new light on sisterhood and womanhood.
